Hyundai Motor Group has joined the Ionity charging network with the aim of accelerating the roll out of high-power EV chargers across major European highways. Founded by BMW, Ford, Daimler AG and the Volkswagen Group, Ionity has a network of 140 stations in 14 European countries with a further 50 under construction.
